Cannot log in
Check the +92 country prefix is selected and that caps lock is not affecting the password field. Use "Forget Password?" on the login screen to reset by SMS. If the code does not arrive, check your network signal and try again after a minute.
Withdrawal is pending
The two usual causes are an unfinished bonus wagering requirement and a name mismatch between your account and your payment method. Both are visible in the app. First withdrawals also take longer while verification completes.
A game will not load
Force close the app and reopen it, then retry. If it persists, check the community channel for a maintenance notice — individual providers occasionally go offline for scheduled work independently of the platform.
Bonus did not appear
Most promotions must be activated in the Promotions tab before the qualifying deposit, not after. Check the promotion card for its activation window and minimum deposit, then contact support with your transaction reference.
